16 Week Fit & Fierce at 40 online coaching program

Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve health markers, improve performance or just have a little bit more structure this is for you.

This is a 16 week program tailored to suit your needs, goals and preferences. No fad diets, no restrictive meal plans, this is built on actionable habits designed for you.

The cost is £800 for the 16 week package which inludes

  • 60 minute initial discovery call to include goal setting and movement screening
  • Monthly 30 minute coaching calls
  • Bespoke Nutrition and habit coaching and support
  • Bespoke training plan
  • 4 weekly recipe bundle including example meal plan, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes and shopping list.

Semi private training

The upside of having a trainer is faster, longer lasting results. You don't have to think about what you should be doing, you have someone there to guide you through. The down side is the cost, that is where Semi Private come in. You get all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. The sessions will still be tailored to your needs but you get to enjoy the journey with people on a similar road.

You can choose from 1,2 or 3 sessions per week and starts at £59 Per month for 1 session per week (4 per month)

Semi Private Training Includes

  • 1 to 1 consultation to assess start point and understand nutrition support needs. This includes a weigh in, taking measurements and progress pics as needed.
  • 15 Semi Private Training session spread throughout the week to choose from
  • Training sessions to suit your fitness levels and goals
  • Weekly check in for support and advice
  • Recipe books and resources

About Nic

Hi, I’m Nic, a personal trainer and coach with over a decade of experience helping women over 40 feel strong, confident, and empowered in their ever-changing bodies.

I believe fitness isn’t just about looking good — it’s about feeling good, moving with ease, and building a life you love. Over the years, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge so I can support my clients through the unique challenges that come with hormonal shifts, metabolism changes, and the demands of busy lives.

When I’m not training clients, you’ll usually find me out on my bike or exploring the outdoors with, Mikey, my handsome Cockapoo. I bring that same energy, dedication, and joy to every session — because fitness should feel like something you get to do, not something you have to do.

If you’re ready to feel strong, supported, and unstoppable — I’m here for it.

Nic is a great coach who explains things really well and tailors the exercise regime to the individual, especially those, like me, who are on the wrong side of 60. I feel that I have really benefitted from the classes in terms of fitness in general and core strength in particular.

Can’t recommend Nic highly enough, knowledgable and encouraging without ever being pushy. Classes are a good size and gym is really well equipped. Lucky to have such a great space in the village!
