Here is what you can expect

Semi private training sessions

As part of the 30 day trial you can attend either 4 or 8 semi private training sessions, this works out as either 1 or 2 per week roughly but you can split them up as needed over the 30 days. These are for a maximum of 8 participants. We follow a programme of exercises over each month, these can be adapted or changed to suit your own fitness level, strengths, injuries ect. The exercises will be a range of resistance based exercises designed to work on strength, balance, core stability.

30 minute consultation

At the start of your trial we book a 30 minute consultation. I can run through the training, discuss any injuries or limitations you may have and make sure you don’t have any questions. We will also discuss your goals and will come up with a few changes to help you get there.

How much does the 30 day trial cost?

You have 2 options, 4 sessions (1 per week) is £49 and 8 sessions (2 per week) is £99

When and where do the sessions take place?

The semi private sessions take place at the studio which is located on North Street in Headcorn, the post code is TN279NN, there is plenty of parking onsite. There are sessions at various times on Monday morning and evening, Tuesday morning, Wednesday morning and evening, Thursday morning and evening and Saturday morning.

What happens in the sessions and how many people are there in them?

The studio is split into 4 workout pods so the sessions will be a maximum of 8 participants, apart from a Saturday where we do something a bit different and changes each week. After a group warm up with some stretching and pulse raisers we go into the main set. You will complete the programmed workout which will be a mix of upper, lower body and core exercises, all of the equipment you need for your workout will be provided in your station. You work at your own pace at a level you feel comfortable with. After the main set, if time, we do a finisher which is usually more cardio based, options for low impact will always be given. Last a little stretch to cool down. The sessions are 50 minutes long.

Can beginners join?

Absolutely! I have no prerequisites on fitness. I just need you to be ready to try something new and have some fun.
